Rhonda Ervin, M.A.

 Ms. Ervin has been a  school counselor for over 33 years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Youth Ministries from Berkshire Christian College and a Master's Degree in School Counseling from Appalachian State University.  Ms. Ervin served students and families in North Carolina and Virginia before moving to Georgia.  This is her 3rd year with Lumpkin County Schools and her 1st at LCMS.  Ms. Ervin loves working with and building relationships with her students. She strives to help students with social-emotional, academic, and career development, and support them as they navigate the exciting and challenging years of middle school.  Ms. Ervin has (1) son who lives in Buford with his family. She is "Nonni" to her 2 precious grandchildren and spending time with them is her favorite thing to do.

Mrs. Fugate, an alumnus of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Education, specializing in School Counseling, is honored to begin her 11th year as a counselor of Lumpkin County Middle School. Mrs. Fugate is committed to advocacy for all students by providing academic, social, and personal support needed to achieve in the classroom and in life. She is married to Ron for 30+ years, has (2) daughters, and is Gigi to one very special grandson.
